About the Role
As a Manufacturing Execution & Operations Management (MES/MOM) Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by architecting and leading MES/MOM implementations. Your role is critical in connecting enterprise systems with shop floor operations to turn production data into insights and efficiency.
You’ll help industrial clients digitize production workflows, integrate real-time data streams, and streamline operations through MES/MOM architectures. From blueprint to go-live, you’ll bridge OT and IT to enable fully connected manufacturing environments.
ABOUT YOU
As part of our Digital Operations team, you’ll act as both a technical specialist and strategic advisor in MES/MOM implementations. You’ll gather requirements, define system functionality, integrate with ERP and shop floor systems, and lead cross-functional teams through configuration, testing, and deployment.
You’ll be deeply involved in enabling end-to-end traceability, real-time KPIs, paperless production, digital work instructions, performance monitoring, and compliance tracking. Your expertise will shape how our clients operate tomorrow’s factories.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, ICT, Automation, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with MES/MOM platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, AVEVA, Rockwell, GE Proficy)
- Strong understanding of production environments, KPIs, and manufacturing workflow logic
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and shop floor integration
- Able to translate complex production and quality requirements into digital workflows
- Skilled in integration standards (ISA-95, OPC-UA, REST APIs)
- Analytical mindset with strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
- Proficient in Dutch/English/French
